How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is AED 12 and arrives in 2–3 business days. Same-day in Dubai/Abu Dhabi is AED 15. Free standard delivery on every order over AED 75 — no minimum-frequency catch, no membership fee.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Every order supports cash on delivery in AED. You can also pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or split the payment into 4 interest-free instalments with Tabby or Tamara.
How do returns work?
You have 7 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition. Open the app, tap Return on the order, and your driver picks it up on the next delivery run. Refunds hit your wallet within 48 hours of the seller receiving the item back.
