Terms of Service

By tapping "I agree", creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country where we operate (currently the UAE) to use 888 Market. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your phone number, email, and login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at security@888market.ae if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

888 Market is a marketplace — most products are sold by independent sellers, not by us. Each product page shows the seller. The contract for a marketplace product is between you and the seller. 888 Market acts as the payment processor and logistics coordinator.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken when you confirm the order. We accept cash on delivery, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, and Tamara. If a payment fails, your order is not confirmed.

We deliver across the UAE. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 4 PM. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a delivery cannot be made, we make two more attempts before returning the order to the seller.

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the seller receiving the return. Items excluded from returns: fresh food, personalised items, intimate apparel, opened software.

You may not use 888 Market for fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or any other unlawful purpose. You may not reverse-engineer the app or attempt to bypass security measures. Breach may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 888 Market's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are resolved exclusively by the Dubai Courts.

We may amend these Terms by giving you 30 days' notice via the app and email. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the changes.
